How to Book a Photographer

Reaching out to a photographer doesn’t need to be complicated. You don’t need everything planned before you get in touch.

To start, I only need a small amount of information. Just enough to understand what you’re looking for and whether I’m the right fit.

When you get in touch, it helps to share:

  • Your name and email
  • The type of photography you’re looking for
  • The date, or an approximate timeframe
  • Where it will take place

That’s enough to check availability and understand the context.

If you’d like to share more, a little background about what the moment means to you is always helpful, but never required. Some people know exactly what they want. Others don’t. Both are completely fine.

You don’t need to have a plan, the right words, or any decisions made upfront. Those conversations come later, once we’ve established whether my way of working feels right.

Once I receive your message, I’ll reply personally. If I’m available, we can take things from there. Booking starts with a conversation, not a checklist.

If you’d like to get in touch, please email, DM or call me. I look forward to working with you.
