Hi, I’m Sanjay, a Leicester-based photographer working in a documentary, real-life style, focusing on honest moments and quiet storytelling.

I photograph people in moments that already exist, at home, with family, during meaningful events and without turning them into performances. I allow you to focus on your moment, whilst I capture it.

I’m drawn to pauses, small gestures, and the spaces between moments. The things that feel ordinary now, but won’t feel ordinary later.

Moments happen all the time, but they can easily be forgotten. I take photographs to stop time in those moments, leaving you with something that can last for generations.
